Cook and author Anja Dunk grew up in the Welsh countryside where homegrown produce and wild foraging were part of daily life. Here began her love for preserving. She is co-author of Do Preserve and her new book, Strudel, Noodles & Dumplings coming out at the end of August.

At The Good Life Experience Anja will teach a dumpling workshop and cook the Friday night Feast with her friend Jen Goss.
