The brief
Modernise the brand without losing its Sheffield roots.
Develop Buffalo’s first e-commerce experience and give it the same attention to detail as the products. Create a consistent visual style across everything. Make launch day count.
The work
Brand and creative direction
We refined the identity. Typography, colours and tone of voice were updated to feel premium but still grounded. Photography became consistent. Clean, natural light and honest product shots.
Website
We rebuilt from the ground up. Build an integrated e-commerce front and back end. Faster navigation, clearer product pages and a better balance between lifestyle and technical detail.
Launch
We tied the site launch to two big announcements:
Rockall Blue Mountain Shirt – an online only colourway.
Commission Kit – made to order when a product is out of stock.
Both featured across the site, emails and social to drive attention immediately.
The result
A brand and site that now match the quality of the kit. Early online sales surpassed all expectations and customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
A consistent style across web, print and social has ensured
