Content Co-ordinator
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and experienced to help keep our social media and newsletters running smoothly. This is a straightforward, ongoing role; perfect if you want flexible, work that fits around other commitments.
What you’ll be doing:
> Scheduling and posting across social channels (using apps like Later/Buffer/Meta Business Suite)
> Writing clear, engaging captions (comfortable drafting yourself, with tools like ChatGPT as support — not as a substitute)
> Managing newsletters (we use Mailchimp, but experience with similar platforms is great too)
> Staying organised with calendars, deadlines and content planning
> Keeping everything consistent, accurate and on-brand
What we’re looking for:
> Extremely organised and dependable
> Strong copywriting skills (able to write with clarity and warmth, not just AI generated)
> Experienced with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms
>Someone who likes to get the job done well and on time, without needing lots of hand-holding or extra involvement in other parts of the business
This isn’t a training role or a stepping stone into a creative career; we’re after someone steady, capable and happy to stay in their lane. Think of it as a background role that keeps everything running like clockwork.
